In 1989 the first UPK recording was produced by Anangu musicians from right across the APY Lands. The songs were about community life and ways of making things better. In May 2003, fourteen years later, the UPK #2 CD was recorded over a two week period with over forty musicians coming together at Tilun Tilun in the far Northwest of South Australia.
The songs produced from their combined efforts reflect the vitality and vision of Anangu songwriters today. This is their music. These are their stories.
